This includes your name, email address, shipping address, phone number, and payment details. Payment card information is processed directly by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.

We also collect information automatically when you visit our website, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on pages. This is collected through our analytics platform (Umami Analytics) only after you provide consent via the cookie banner.

We use your personal information to:

3. Third Parties We Share Your Information With

Stripe, Inc. (United States) — payment processing. Your payment card details are handled directly by Stripe under their own Privacy Policy.
Resend, Inc. (United States) — transactional email delivery (order confirmations, shipping notifications).
Australia Post / courier partners — order fulfilment and delivery.
Umami Analytics — anonymised website analytics, only if you have accepted cookies.

Some of these providers are located outside Australia. By using our website, you consent to your personal information being transferred to and processed in countries outside Australia, including the United States. We take reasonable steps to ensure these providers handle your information in accordance with the APPs.

We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Order records are retained for a minimum of 7 years in accordance with Australian tax law. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 6).
