Yes. All Sage & Spritz™ products are formulated to be non-toxic for general household use within the cosmetic and home care scope. They are designed for frequent, habitual use in everyday environments. As with all cleaning products, we recommend storing them out of reach of young children.

No. Sage & Spritz™ products are not tested on animals.

The Multi-Surface Cleaner is safe on stone, laminate, stainless steel, ceramic, and most sealed hard surfaces. We recommend a patch test on sensitive or unsealed surfaces. It is not intended for use on raw wood or unfinished stone.

Stick to glass and mirror surfaces with the Glass Cleaner. For phone screens and TVs, check the manufacturer's guidelines. Most screens just need a dry microfibre cloth.

The Fabric & Linen Mist is designed for general use on most fabric types including cotton, linen, polyester blends, and upholstery. We recommend a patch test on delicate, silk, or dry-clean-only fabrics before full application.

Ingredients & Safety

It means the main cleaning agents come from plants (like coconut or corn) rather than petroleum. We list every ingredient on the label and on each product page so you can check for yourself.

Yes. The ingredients break down naturally after use. That is a formulation requirement, not just a label claim.

No synthetic fragrances. Where scent is used, it comes from natural botanical sources like eucalyptus, sage, or cedar. We keep fragrance levels low so the smell is present but not overpowering.

All ingredients are listed on each product page and on the label. If you have known sensitivities to specific botanical ingredients, we recommend reviewing the full ingredient list before use. If in doubt, consult your healthcare provider.

Shipping & Orders

We currently ship within Australia. International shipping is something we are looking at down the track.

Standard delivery is typically 3-7 business days depending on your location. Express options are available at checkout.

Yes. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund. We do not accept returns on opened products for change-of-mind purchases.

Refills & Sustainability

The refill system (concentrate pouches and refill formats) is in active development. It is a core part of what we are building, not a vague future plan. We will let subscribers know first when it launches.

The bottles are made from recyclable materials. Check the recycling symbol on the base of the bottle and follow your local council's recycling guidelines. Rinse the bottle before placing in your recycling bin.

Yes. The core bottles are designed for longevity and will be compatible with the upcoming refill system. We recommend keeping your bottles in anticipation of the refill range.
